FAQs

Got questions about rewards?

Can I spend my Suki Points on items/services other than groceries?
Suki Points can only be redeemed for groceries at Seafood City or converted into Mabuhay Miles at Philippine Airlines.
I’m already a member of Seafood City. Do I still need to download the SFC+ app?
To get the most out of your Seafood City membership, we recommend downloading the SFC+ app. This is now available for download on App Store and Google Playstore. More points, more rewards, bigger advantage!
How do I check my Suki Points balance?
You can view your balance in the dashboard of your account. Just open your SFC+ app and you’ll see your Suki Points on top of the page.
How much is the conversion of Suki Points to US dollars?
Every 1,500 Suki Points is equivalent to $15 you can spend on groceries in Seafood City.
Do Suki Points expire?
Suki Points expire 6 months from the date of purchase. In other words, the validity of your Suki Points depends on each transaction. For example, you buy groceries today and earn 100 Suki Points. Those 100 points will then expire exactly 6 months from today. Meanwhile, the points you earn after that transaction will expire on a later date.
