What is SFC+ and what does it offer?

The SFC+ App is a mobile rewards program for Filipino brands in the United States that offers a rewarding shopping experience to users. Earn and redeem points with partner brands like Seafood City Supermarket, BayaniPay, and more through shopping in-store or availing partner deals.
How do I download and install the SFC+ app?

The SFC+ app will be available to download for free on both iOS and Android devices in October. For now, stay tuned for launch updates on our social media pages.
How do I create an account with SFC+?
Let’s walk you through creating an account.
  1. Open the app, enter your mobile number, and click Next.
  2. On the next screen, enter your name, birth date, and e-mail address. Check off the little box to confirm that you have read the data privacy policy and terms and conditions. Click Continue.
  3. To confirm that it’s really you creating the account, we will send a one-time PIN to your mobile. Upon receiving the OTP, type that in and click Confirm.
  4. Enter your desired PIN for your SFC+ account.
  5. Confirm it by typing it again. Click Confirm.
Congratulations! You now have an SFC+ account. Enjoy your advantage!
What are Suki Points, and how do I earn them?
Suki Points are the reward that you earn whenever you use different services of SFC+. Every time you purchase, remit², get a subscription, etc., you collect Suki Points which you can redeem at Seafood City or convert into PAL Mabuhay Miles. Soon, you can even use your Suki Points to redeem other products so stay tuned!



To view your points balance, just go to your app’s homepage and you’ll find your points displayed in a box just under your name.
How can I redeem Suki Points?
You can redeem your Suki Points to pay for groceries at Seafood City. It’s pretty easy:
  1. Check your points balance by looking at your SFC+ app points account dashboard. Every 1,500 points is equivalent to $15.
  2. Show your SFC+ QR code at the checkout counter after getting your groceries.
  3. Pay with your Suki Points.
  4. We’re working on other ways to redeem your points so hang tight and just keep using SFC+!
How do I send money to the Philippines using SFC+?
Enjoy zero transaction fees when you remit using BayaniPay2 in the SFC+ app. Here’s how:
  1. On your app’s dashboard, click Send Money
  2. Log in to your Bayani Pay account using your mobile number.
    Don’t have an account with Bayani Pay yet? Just click Sign Up on the screen and follow the directions. You can also sign up for an account on your own by visiting Bayani Pay’s website. 
  3. Enter the amount in USD and enjoy competitive exchange rates on your remittance.
  4. Click Next to start transferring the money to your loved ones in the Philippines!

How do I use QR Pay for contactless payments?
It’s easy! Just follow these steps:
  1. Click My QR on your app homepage.
  2. Click Pay Using QR Code.
  3. Show your QR code to the cashier and enjoy contactless payment.

Can I send gifts or vouchers to my family in the Philippines through SFC+?
With SFC+, you can easily purchase and send SM Gift Passes to your loved ones in the Philippines. We’re working on partnering with other mega brands so stay tuned as more choices are coming soon! 
How fast are money transfers, and are there any fees?
Money transfers through Bayani Pay charge ZERO FEES. Most transfers take up to 24 hours to process.
How can I reset my password or recover my account?
Don’t worry, we’ll guide you:
  1. On the Sign In page, click Forgot PIN.
  2. Type in your new PIN.
  3. Verify your identity using the one-time PIN (OTP) that you’ll receive via mobile.
  4. And you’re done! Log back in using your new PIN.

Do Suki Points have an expiration date?
Suki Points expire 6 months from the date of earning. In other words, the validity of your Suki Points depends on each transaction. For example, you buy groceries today and earn 100 Suki Points. Those 100 points will then expire exactly 6 months from today. The points you earn after that transaction will expire on a later date.
What should I do if my app isn’t working properly?
If you're experiencing issues with the app, try these troubleshooting steps:
  1. Update the app: Make sure you have the latest version installed from the App Store or Google Play Store.
  2. Clear cache: Go to your phone's settings, find the SFC+ app, and clear its cache and data.
  3. Check system requirements: Ensure your device meets the minimum requirements to run SFC+ smoothly.
  4. Restart your device: A simple restart can often resolve minor glitches.
  5. Reinstall the app: If the above steps don't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
