SFC+ is the new mobile app from Seafood City, designed to serve Global Filipinos both in Canada and the Philippines. It’s a digital marketplace that brings together top brands and exclusive offers, making life more convenient and rewarding.

For Filipinos in Canada, SFC+ gives access to exclusive shopping deals and lets you earn Suki Points with every transaction. You can use these points to pay for groceries at Seafood City, helping you save even more.

The app also connects you with loved ones back in the Philippines through easy money transfers, digital gift vouchers, and mobile load purchases, so you can support them from wherever you are.With SFC+, every transaction becomes more rewarding. It’s your all-in-one tool to shop, save, earn, and pay—giving you the advantage you deserve.
How do I download and install the SFC+ app?
The SFC+ app is available to download for free on both iOS and Android devices. Just open the App Store or Google Play Store on your device, search for SFC+, and begin the download. You can also access the links below.
How do I create an account with SFC+?
First, download the SFC+ app on your device to get started. Then follow these steps to create your account:

1. Open the SFC+ app.
2. Enter your mobile number in the designated field.
3. Fill in the required personal information.
4. Review and agree to the SFC+ policy and terms by checking the box at the bottom.
5. Tap “Continue.”
6. Enter the OTP (One-Time Password) sent to your mobile number to verify your account.
7. Create a secure PIN when prompted and confirm your chosen PIN.
8. Tap “Confirm” to complete the setup.

Congratulations, your SFC+ account is now active! Enjoy your advantage!
What are Suki Points, and how do I earn them?
Suki Points are rewards you earn every time you use the SFC+ app. Whether you’re shopping, sending money, or subscribing to services, you collect Suki Points with every transaction. You can redeem these points to pay for groceries at Seafood City or convert them into PAL Mabuhay Miles. Soon, more exciting ways to redeem your points will be available—so stay tuned!

To check your points balance, simply open the SFC+ app. On the homepage, you’ll see your points displayed in a box just under your name.
How can I redeem Suki Points?
You can redeem your Suki Points to pay for groceries at Seafood City, OR convert it to PAL Mabuhay Miles.

How to Redeem Your Suki Points at Seafood City
1. Check Your Points Balance
Open the SFC+ app and look at your home screen. You’ll see your total Suki Points along with their dollar equivalent right there, so you always know how much you can spend.

2. Shop for Your Groceries
After you’ve picked out your groceries, head to the checkout counter.

3. Show Your SFC+ QR Code
At the cashier, open your SFC+ app and show your personal Suki QR code. The cashier will scan it, and your Suki Points will be applied to your purchase.

4. Pay with Your Suki Points
If you have enough points to cover the total, great! If your points don’t cover the full amount, you can pay the rest with cash or another payment method.

How to Convert Suki Points to Mabuhay Miles via SFC+*
1. Open your SFC+ app. On your dashboard, click “Convert Miles to Suki Points”.
2. Click the “Suki Points to Miles” tab.
3. Enter the number of Suki Points you want to convert into Mabuhay Miles. You’ll get 100 Mabuhay Miles for every 500 Suki Points.
4. Click “Convert Points” to submit the conversion request.
5. Your Suki Points balance will update on your dashboard, and your Miles balance will update in your Mabuhay Miles account.

*Terms and Conditions for Converting via SFC+ App
1. Only valid Suki Points account number and Mabuhay Miles account number will be eligible to convert Suki Points to Mabuhay Miles.
2. A minimum of 500 Suki points is required to convert to Mabuhay Miles.
3. A maximum of 100,000 Mabuhay Miles can be redeemed per member, per year.
4. Non-flight Miles earned through Program Partners do not add to the qualification of elite-tier status.
5. All Miles shall not be subject to expiration provided that the Member continues to be an engaged frequent flier member with a fixed, two-year review period.
6. All Miles earned shall be subject to the Mabuhay Miles Terms and Conditions.
7. All transactions are subject to applicable taxes depending on the state where redemption is made.

Is SFC+ safe and secure to use?
Please note that it takes up to 24 hours to process most transfers. Delays can happen if additional compliance documents or verification are needed. You can dive into the details by visiting this page.

How do I use QR Pay for contactless payments?
It’s easy! Just follow these steps:
  1. Click My QR on your app homepage.
  2. Click Pay Using QR Code.
  3. Show your QR code to the cashier and enjoy contactless payment.
Disclaimer: QR Pay is only available for accounts with an approved Easy Digital Checking Account (EDCA).
Can I send digital gifts or vouchers to my family in the Philippines through SFC+?
With SFC+, you can easily purchase and send SM Gift Pass Choice. This is a digital gift voucher, sent as a 10-digit code via email, that allows your loved ones in the Philippines to shop for what they need. Whether it’s groceries from SM Supermarket or home essentials from Ace Hardware, they can choose from over 1,198 SM stores and merchants that accept it. It’s a simple, convenient way for you to support your family and friends from the US, giving them the freedom to buy what they need, when they need it.

How fast are money transfers, and are there any fees?
Money transfers through Bayani Pay charge ZERO FEES. Most transfers take up to 24 hours to process.
How can I reset my password or recover my account?
Don’t worry, we’ll guide you:

1. On the Sign In page, click “Forgot PIN”.
2. Click “Change PIN”.
3. A confirmation message will appear. Select “Proceed”.
4. Type in your new PIN.
5. Verify your identity using the one-time PIN (OTP) that you’ll receive via mobile.
6. And you’re done! Log back in using your new PIN.

Do Suki Points have an expiration date?
Suki Points expire 6 months from the date of purchase. In other words, the validity of your Suki Points depends on each transaction. For example, you buy groceries today and earn 100 Suki Points. Those 100 points will then expire exactly 6 months from today. Meanwhile, the points you earn after that transaction will expire on a later date.
What should I do if my app isn’t working properly?
If you're experiencing issues with the app, try these troubleshooting steps:
1. Update the app: Make sure you have the latest version installed from the App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Clear cache: Go to your phone's settings, find the SFC+ app, and clear its cache and data.
3. Check system requirements: Ensure your device meets the minimum requirements to run SFC+ smoothly.
4. Restart your device: A simple restart can often resolve minor glitches.
5. Reinstall the app: If the above steps don't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
