Terms and Conditions

I. Eligibility

SFC+ (“SFC+”) is a mobile rewards program and digital marketplace offered to customers located in the United States and Canada. Membership in the Program (“Membership”) is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual.

To qualify as a SFC+ member, you must meet the following criteria:‍

• Be a current legal resident of the United States or Canada
  
• Must be at least 18 years of age upon date of application
• Have an approved SFC+ registration

No purchase is necessary to become a SFC+ member.

II. Membership Enrollment  

All SFC+ membership applications may be completed via the SFC+ app:

Step 1: Register and fill out the application
Step 2: After completing the application, members can now start earning and using Suki Points (“Suki Points”) with SFC+ App Partners (“Partners”), among others.

III. Membership Validity

SFC+ memberships are valid for as long as the SFC+ app and company remain in operation.

IV. SFC+ App Use and Restrictions

SFC+ App can be used to earn and redeem Suki Points at Seafood City Supermarket and with other partner merchants.

Additionally, SFC+ App is a digital marketplace for partners that offer the following products and services:

• Open a U.S. checking account powered by East West Bank*
  
• Send money to other U.S. banks via Zelle*
• Send remittances to the local banks and remittance centers in the Philippines via BayaniPay*
• Pay purchases at any Seafood City Supermarket with QR Pay, a QR Code payment method powered by East West Bank
• Convert Suki Points into Mabuhay Miles, a frequent flyer program of Philippine Airlines, and vice versa
• Place pick-up orders at Grill City, a food service of Seafood City Supermarket

*Subject to additional terms and conditions, requirements, and approvals of said third-party application.

Disclaimers:

• SFC+ is not a financial institution or credit card.
  
• SFC+ is non-transferable and only valid if presented during a transaction.
• Certain purchases or activities may not be eligible for earning Suki Points on SFC+.
• SFC+ cannot be used in conjunction with other rewards cards and programs.
• SFC+ remains the property of SFC+, Inc (“SFC+ Inc.”)
• SFC+ is valid only in the locations where SFC+ Inc. operates.

V. Earning, Redemption, and Expiry of SFC+ App Points

The earning, redemption, and expiration of Suki Points ("Points") may differ depending on each Partner. Each Partner sets their own criteria for earning and distributing Points to SFC+ Members.

Disclaimers:‍

• Suki Points cannot be exchanged for real cash. However, SFC+ members with valid accounts have two options:
  a. Convert Suki Points into virtual cash to pay for goods and services at participating merchants.
  b. Transfer Suki Points to other participating rewards programs (e.g. converting Suki Points to the frequent flyer program points equivalent of an airline)
  
• Transaction receipts may be required for point verification.
• SFC+ Inc. and other partner merchants reserve the right to adjust earned or accrued Suki Points when necessary.
• Suki Points redeemed cannot be restored.
• Redeemed Suki Points cannot be refunded or converted to cash or credit under any circumstances.
• SFC+ App and other partner merchants are not responsible for the unavailability of any rewards or privileges.
• Redeemed Suki Points are subject to the return and exchange policy of the respective partner merchant.
• SFC+ will not be liable for fraud, misuse, or misconduct involving the earning and redemption of Suki Points.
• Unused earned Suki Points will expire within Six (6)  months from the date of earning. 

VI. Cancellation of Membership

A SFC+ membership will automatically be canceled and all rewards and privileges will be forfeited in the event of a member's death, legal incapacity, or violation of the terms and other guidelines issued by SFC+.

VIII. Intellectual Property

All information, materials, and content available on SFC+, including trademarks, logos, service marks, and other content, are owned by SFC+ and protected by applicable laws.

Except as required under applicable law, none of the content or any portion of the SFC+ app may be used, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, duplicated, or otherwise exploited without SFC+ Inc.’s express written consent.

IX. Limitation of Liability

SFC+ Inc. disclaims all liability and shall not be responsible for any damages or losses arising from the use of SFC+ including but not limited to:

• SFC+ not being honored or being declined
  
• Delays or interruptions in point crediting
• Unauthorized use of SFC+
• Unauthorized disclosure or breach of security or confidentiality of account information
• Computer-related errors, system failures, or malfunctions

X. Indemnity

SFC+ members agree to indemnify and hold SFC+ and its affiliates, directors, officers, shareholders, and agents free and harmless from any claims, demands, suits, proceedings, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising from or related to the use of SFC+.

XI. Force Majeure

SFC+ Inc. shall not be liable for any breach of the terms when hindered or prevented from carrying out its obligations by any cause outside its reasonable control.

XII. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

XIII. Transfer/Assignment

SFC+ Inc. has the right to assign or transfer its rights and obligations arising from SFC+ without prior notice to or consent of the SFC+ members.
