The Suki Condo Sweepstakes 2024, ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of, and physically located within, the states of California, Hawaii, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, Washington, age eighteen (18) years or older at time of entry (Nevada is 21 years and older). Void where prohibited. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Employees and representatives of Seafood City Supermarket and affiliated entities ("Sponsor") and of any Administrators identified at the end of these Official Rules, and any of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees or designees, as well as their immediate family members (herein, defined as spouses, parents/stepparents, siblings, children/stepchildren and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of their household (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes and shall not be subject to appeal. If an employee receives notification that they were selected for a prize as part of their Suki card membership, due their status as an employee they will be disqualified from winning the prize.

To enter the Suki Condo Sweepstakes 2024, visit any U.S. Seafood City Supermarket store between October 21, 2024 – December 31, 2024, at [9:00AM] ("Entry Period"). The Entrant has the following options on how to enter the Sweepstakes:

It will be necessary to provide your full name, email address, and physical residence address (to confirm residency). Sponsor will be the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes. Need not be present at Event to win. See below section titled "General" for additional rules regarding entry. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. Prizes pictured in advertising, marketing or promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between statements contained in any such materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Any applicable taxes and all other costs/expenses not specifically identified in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of each winner. Sponsor is not responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions, or any act or omission whatsoever with respect to any prize. Prizes are nontransferable, and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made, other than as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to substitute an alternative prize, in whole or in part, of equal or greater value, if a prize cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. Limit one (1) prize per household. See below section titled "General" for additional rules regarding acceptance of prizes.

The potential winners will be selected in random drawings from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period and will be announced on the dates and times as specified in Section C above. Potential winners need not be present at the Sweepstakes Event to win and will be contacted after the drawing announcement via telephone or email within ten (10) working days of the drawing announcement or as required by respective state laws if sooner, using the contact information given at the time of entry in order to verify eligibility and confirm them as winners. Entrants must have a valid email address and it is entrant's responsibility to update Sponsor of any change in email address. Sponsor is required to make available Prizes to winner pursuant to state law requirements and winner will be responsible to make accommodations to redeem or claim the Prizes, including Prizes such as motor vehicles physically located in California or a condominium located in the Philippines.

Potential winners will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release ("Release") at Sponsor's discretion before they are confirmed as winners. In the event a winner chooses not to accept their prize, is not in compliance with these Rules, is unable to be notified, cannot/does not respond by the deadline set by Sponsor (in these Official Rules or in the winner notification), prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be randomly selected from all of the remaining eligible entries.

The information collected from Entrants in connection with this Sweepstakes may be shared with Administrator to execute the Sweepstakes and/or deliver prize, and Administrator will use such information in accordance with Sponsor's privacy practices. Except as otherwise contemplated in these Official Rules, and to the extent Entrants may otherwise elect at the time of Entry, information provided by you for this Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor's privacy policy located at: https://www.seafoodcity.com/privacy-policy.

As a condition of participation in the Sweepstakes, the entrant acknowledges and expressly agrees that any and all disputes of any nature whatsoever that cannot be amicably resolved with Sponsor shall be subject to binding arbitration in the state of California pursuant to the then existing commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association.  Any such arbitration proceeding shall be conducted in the individual entrant's name only and not in the form of a class action or other representative action.  In regard to any dispute, entrant expressly acknowledges and agrees that by entering the Sweepstakes entrant waives all rights, if any, to claim punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages and further waives all rights, if any, to have damages multiplied or increased beyond the prizes that are the subject of the Sweepstakes.  In any such binding arbitration proceeding, the entrant and Sponsor shall share equally in (1) the arbitration fee required by the American Arbitration Association, (2) the cost of use of the arbitration site, (3) any transcription service requested by the arbitrator(s)  and (4) the out of pocket expanses of the arbitrator(s) fees.  The entrant and Sponsor shall be solely responsible for the costs of their respective legal counsel and experts, if any, and any transcription service retained solely by either of them, if any.  The decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be binding on the entrant and Sponsor and enforceable in a California court of appropriate jurisdiction.  If enforcement of the arbitrator(s) decision is sought in a court of appropriate jurisdiction, the party that prevails in the California court enforcement proceedings shall be entitled to reimbursement from the other party of the actual reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred solely in the post-arbitration court enforcement proceedings.

All disputes concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants or Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The parties hereby consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, in any action relating to these Official Rules or the Sweepstakes.
